B Corp Certification: Bruichladdich Distillery
Distilling clarity and climate capability
Bruichladdich came to us facing two challenges at once: decoding the significant step-up of B Corp's new V2.1 standard ahead of recertification, and building genuine climate literacy across a workforce spread from the bottling hall to the boardroom. We delivered a prioritised recertification roadmap and ran Climate Fresk workshops for 30 employees across Islay and Glasgow – then trained two of their own people to run the programme themselves. They came to us for clarity. They left with the capability to lead it without us.

Where Conscious Style Meets Purpose
Nobody's Child didn't just want B Corp certification – they wanted the work to connect across their entire operation. We mapped their value chain, built an Environmental Management System aligned with ISO14001, and worked through their supply chain from hotspot analysis to supplier data. Certification achieved – and along the way, practical operational wins: water leaks identified at store locations, waste reduction tracked, and a head office relocation planned with energy efficiency built in from the start. Noble Foods is the UK's leading vertically integrated egg business – farms, packing centres, feed mills and processors, spread across the country. Decarbonising an operation of that scale, across environment, people and animals, while building toward B Corp certification, isn't a single project. It's a programme. Since becoming Noble Foods' integrated impact partner, Greenheart has built their impact strategy from the ground up: 2030 goals, public commitments, governance structures, GHG site action plans, water stewardship strategy, supplier risk assessment, and TNFD materiality assessment. The supplier risk assessment alone was adopted across every business unit – turning a single piece of work into a company-wide standard.
