A shot of strategy
Vitality and immunity shots brand MOJU was growing, and wanted to stay ahead of the curve. Already a B Corp, it partnered with Greenheart to align with the new B Corp standards and conduct in depth assessments to ensure a thorough review of any potential Human Rights and Environmental impacts that matter most to their business and stakeholders to ensure its value chain is as nourishing as its ginger shots.

The goal: future-proofing a pioneer
As a fast-growing, purpose-led business, MOJU didn’t want to just meet current standards – it wanted to lead them. The goal was to gain a granular understanding of its impact across the entire value chain, both upstream with suppliers and downstream with consumers. It needed confidence that its current strategy was focusing on topics that matter most. MOJU needed a partner who could translate these complex new frameworks and technical issues into a clear, actionable roadmap that would resonate with its senior leadership and maintain its status as a sustainability frontrunner in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) space.
What we did: a deep dive into the value chain
As MOJU’s impact partner, Greenheart conducted two comprehensive assessments in line with the new B Corp standards:
- Human Rights Saliency Assessment: we identified and prioritised the most significant potential human rights risks across the business and its supply chain.
- Environmental Stewardship and Circularity Assessment: we mapped the environmental impacts of the business through a circular lens, identifying hotspots from farm to fridge to consumer.
- Stakeholder Engagement: we didn’t just look at data; we spoke to the people, conducting interviews and workshops with internal teams and key suppliers.
- Strategic Reporting: we gathered, combined and organised findings into technical assessments and executive summary reports.
- Leadership Presentation: we presented the material environmental impacts and human rights risks directly to the MOJU team, providing a clear narrative for strategy and action reinforcement.
The outcome: more understanding in every drop
MOJU now has a clear, evidence-based view of its most material environmental impacts and human rights matters. By identifying salient human rights issues and material environmental impacts early, the leadership team can move forward with confidence in their strategy. This project hasn’t just resulted in a report; it has fostered a more engaged leadership team who are now equipped with a practical list of next steps to increase positive impact, reduce negative impacts and mitigate risks. Examples include action plan templates, lists of suppliers for monitoring and raw materials and suggested databases for ongoing analysis. MOJU is no longer just guessing where its impact lies – it has the data to prove it and a plan to improve it.
Overall deliverables:
We provided MOJU with a suite of strategic tools, including a full Human Rights Saliency Assessment and an Environmental Stewardship and Circularity Impact Assessment. These were backed by detailed technical results and high-level summary reports. Additionally, we delivered a prioritised roadmap of recommended next steps and suggested mitigation strategies.
Moments that mattered
Shifting from relying on hunches about potential negative impacts in the value chain to using science – and stakeholder-backed data, uncovering previously hidden material issues and focusing on future sustainability efforts where they matter the most.
